Protein Chocolate Cookies


These are chocolate cookies that are high in protein. They are easy and fast to prepare and a good alternative to “normal” cookies. Furthermore you can eat the cookies as a protein snack to go. I hope you enjoy the recipe and be sure to try out our other fitness recipes!

Cooking Instructions

Ingredients: (Makes 8 big cookies)
  • 30g Unsweetened cocoa
  • 10g Coconut oil
  • 80g Whey Protein (Chocolate)
  • 5g Desiccated coconut
  • 15g Oatmeal
  • 10g Planed almonds
  • 15ml Maple syrup
  • 1 Egg white
  • 3g Baking powder
  • Bourbon vanilla
Directions:
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Preheat the stove for about 10min.  (100° Celsius)
  3. Shape the mass into 8 cookies (with a tablespoon).
  4.  Put the cookies on a backing paper and bake them for about 8 – 10minutes at 75° Celsius – top-/bottom heat.
I recommend to keep the protein cookies in a food storage container to make sure that they do not dry out! Enjoy and stay fit!
