Cooking Instructions
Ingredients: (Makes 8 big cookies)
- 30g Unsweetened cocoa
- 10g Coconut oil
- 80g Whey Protein (Chocolate)
- 5g Desiccated coconut
- 15g Oatmeal
- 10g Planed almonds
- 15ml Maple syrup
- 1 Egg white
- 3g Baking powder
- Bourbon vanilla
Directions:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Preheat the stove for about 10min. (100° Celsius)
- Shape the mass into 8 cookies (with a tablespoon).
- Put the cookies on a backing paper and bake them for about 8 – 10minutes at 75° Celsius – top-/bottom heat.
I recommend to keep the protein cookies in a food storage container to make sure that they do not dry out! Enjoy and stay fit!
